Running a solve

Run sends the network + settings to the solver, which routes to the right engine (GGA / gas / marching / slurry / flare) and returns heads, flows, and diagnostics.

The router picks the engine from fluid mode and element types; auto-sizing forces the GGA path. Convergence and residuals are reported.
