Fluid modes

The fluid mode tells the solver what is flowing and which engine to use — clear liquid, compressible gas, two-phase, settling slurry, or a flare header.

The working fluid is a single source of truth: the system fluid (set in the Fluid Editor) applies everywhere unless a node overrides it. Modes are mutually exclusive per network.
