Tank
storage / level
A storage node with a level that (in an extended run) rises and falls as it fills or drains. In a steady solve it behaves like a fixed head at its current level.
เมื่อไรจึงใช้
- Break tanks, surge tanks, day tanks — anywhere storage volume matters.
- EPS-lite tank-vs-time studies where the level changes over the run.
ค่าที่ต้องกรอก
| ค่า | คำอธิบาย |
|---|---|
| Base elevation & level | Head = elevation + current liquid level. |
| Geometry (area / diameter) | Used to convert net inflow into a level change over time. |
คำนวณอย่างไร
Steady: fixed head at the current level. EPS-lite: net flow integrated over each timestep updates the level; emptied/overflowed states raise a loud scope note (A47/A48).
ข้อควรระวัง
noteA tank that empties or overflows during an EPS-lite run is flagged, not silently clamped.
