Flare-header mode rates a relief network: the tip is a fixed pressure, each relief source is a negative-demand junction, and built-up back-pressure is checked against each device MABP.

Reuses the gas-momentum solver unchanged (tip = fixed head, source = negative demand); the scenario runner finds each source’s governing (worst) built-up back-pressure.
ข้อควรระวัง
noteBuilt-up back-pressure over MABP → blocking (A39); a source on a fixed-pressure boundary or an unknown scenario id is flagged (A41/A42).
