EPANET results cross-check (wntr)

Ingests EPANET's own solved results — via the open-source wntr library — for the same network DekEn just solved, so the two engines' numbers sit side by side instead of trusting either one on faith.

• Building confidence in DekEn's steady solver before relying on it for a real design
• Diagnosing a discrepancy between a DekEn solve and an expected EPANET answer
• Producing evidence for a validation dossier or an internal credibility review

Runs the network through wntr's EPANET binding to get EPANET's reference numbers, then places them next to DekEn's GGA solve for direct comparison.
