EPANET fittings-fidelity toggle

A switch on EPANET import chooses between importing the network exactly as modeled (no assumed fittings) or auto-generating junction minor-loss K-factors — so you control whether the import silently adds hydraulics the source file never specified.

• Reproducing a specific EPANET case for validation, where any added fitting loss would break the comparison
• Bringing in a rough network sketch where realistic fitting losses are actually wanted
• Auditing why an imported model's pressures don't match the original .inp

On "exact", every junction imports with zero assumed minor loss; on "auto", DekEn estimates tee/bend K-factors from the junction's connectivity and applies its own fitting library.
