Flare & PSV datasheets (API 520/521/526)

relief RFQ

Two purpose-built relief datasheets: a single-form PSV datasheet (orifice selection, valve type, inlet/outlet drop, reaction force → one API 520/521/526 verdict) and an FM-EN-17 flare-header datasheet that mirrors the pump datasheet's header-conditions-plus-per-source-rows layout, gated so it can't be issued while a scope note is blocking.

เมื่อไรจึงใช้
  • You need one RFQ-ready form for a relief valve covering sizing, valve type, and inlet/outlet drop instead of stitching together three separate calculator outputs.
  • You're rating a flare header across multiple relief-contingency scenarios and need a datasheet that shows the governing case per source.
  • You want to confirm a flare/PSV datasheet can't be handed out while the underlying solve has an unresolved honesty block.

The flare datasheet button is hasBlocking-gated — it disables itself whenever a built-up-backpressure-exceeds-MABP or partial-non-convergence blocking scope note is active on the current solve, so a failing rating can't quietly become a clean-looking RFQ document.

ข้อควรระวัง
noteA flare datasheet is only as good as the scenario set it was rated against — an unknown-source-id warn note doesn't block the datasheet, only warns, so check the warn banner before issuing.
noteThe PSV datasheet's overall verdict rolls up API 520 Part I sizing AND Part II inlet/outlet-drop/anti-chatter checks — a 'pass' on sizing alone isn't the datasheet's final verdict.
